For First-visit Patients

Reception
Patients with a referral letter
At 2nd floor, North Building, "General Reception Desk"
Please submit a patient registration ticket (only those who have it), a passport or residence card, a health insurance card (if covered by Japanese insurance), and a referral letter.
At the block reception A,B,C,D of each medical checkup department please submit a patient registration ticket, a reception slip, and the materials you have (There is a fee to submit a reception slip.)
Patients without a referral letter
At 2nd floor, North Building, "General Reception Desk"
Please submit a patient registration ticket (only those who have it), a passport or residence card, an insurance card (if covered by Japanese insurance).
※There are medical departments with a complete reservation system or morning only appointments.
※Otorhinolaryngology and plastic surgery have different consultation hours.
※For details, please feel free to contact the individual department.
※You will be charged a SENTEI RYOYO-HI (Additional Fee for a First-time Patient without a Referral) of 5,500 yen for medical care and 3,300 yen for dental care (full amount own expense incl. consumption tax).

Consultation
You will be called through the broadcasting system when your turn comes.
Please note that the waiting time will be long as we will put the higher priority to those with a reservation and those with a referral letter.
※In case you would like an out-of-hospital prescription, please mention it to your doctor at the time of consultation. After the examination, please submit the reception slip to the "Reception Slip Confirmation Desk".

Payment
When your number is displayed on the payment display board on the 2nd floor, the North Building, please make a payment through the automatic payment machine.
※ In case it is displayed in red, payment shall be made at the payment window No. 8 and 9.
Payment by credit card
You can use the following credit cards at both the automatic payment machine and the payment window.
Some cards might not be accepted.
In case your health insurance card cannot be confirmed
If your health insurance card is not confirmed at the time of your first visit, you will be required to pay medical expenses at your own expense. Later, when you bring your health insurance card to the general reception desk within a specified period, the amount will be re-calculated under the insurance coverage, and the balance will be reimbursed.

Please come to the 1st floor, the north building to receive medication.
There is a voucher on the right edge of the receipt. Please redeem it at the counter after your number is displayed on the number display board.
In the case of out-of-hospital prescriptions, please take the prescription to an out-of-hospital dispensing pharmacy.
